1stApril 2018 sees the Royal Air Force (RAF) celebrate its 100thanniversary. To mark this occasion, the RAF has commissioned a baton that will travel around the UK. It will be taken to 100 different locations over 100 days. You can keep a track of its progress on social media via the hashtag #RAFBatonRelay.

The RAF will have an increased presence at many airshows during the summer including RAF Cosford, The Royal International Air Tattoo (RIAT) and Duxford.

On the 10thJuly, the RAF will be holding a parade and flypast in London. The parade will be preceded by a service in Westminster Abbey. The flypast will include up to 100 aircraft from the RAF making it one of the largest for many years.
